Honeymilk‘s ‘The Nothing New’ is one of those perfectly nostalgic tracks, with a beat that speaks to you in a familiar tone. The vocals and delicate instrumentals have our ears harking back to Silversun Pickups and Broken Bells, and like both those bands their music is instantly recognisable and undeniably catchy.

Based in Sweden, the band have recently reduced their band numbers from four to two, although this has not impacted their ability to make good music that resonates. If ‘The Nothing New’ is a sign of things to come, this latest reshuffle may be the best decision they’ve ever made.
