Lullaby‘s latest offering ‘Speed‘ is a brit-rock delight; channeling the heavy, ear-diving hooks of Royal Blood, and the soaring, gut busting choruses of the 90’s. As the 3rd release from their upcoming debut EP ‘Never Let the Devil In‘ (out 20th October), ‘Speed‘ is an inarguably accessible track that has an undeniable draw.

As described by vocalist Lewis Knaggs, the song is about ‘moving through life too fast, feeling like you can’t keep up’. The song itself has a chugging, consistent tempo, forcing one (if not all) of your limbs to tap along in wilful submission. Imagine Queens of the Stone Age‘s ‘Go With The Flow‘ peppered with some British charm, and you’ve got the essence of Lullaby.
